Key Responsibilities:
- HR Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development programs.
 - General Affairs: Manage office administration, facilities, and general services to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.
 - Labor Law Compliance: Ensure that all HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
 - Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
 - Communication Facilitation: Act as a liaison between Japanese management and local employees to ensure clear and effective communication.
 - HR Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage HR budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures.
 - Reporting: Prepare and present HR reports to management, including workforce analysis and HR metrics.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 - Fluency in Japanese (minimum JLPT N2 level) and English.
 - Proven experience in an HRGA managerial role, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
 - Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Strong organizational and time management skills.
