Job Description:
Handle all the journal accounting
Handle budget control
Handle inputting journal to the accounting system (experienced in SAP will be preferred)
Support and prepare data for financial reports monthly
Supervise the finance & accounting team for inventory and stock checking activity with external auditor
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Economics & Accounting major
+5 years experience in Finance Accounting field in a Japanese Trading company. Minimum 2 years experience as a Supervisor and 3 years in the same company (no job hopping)
Extensive knowledge in Finance, Accounting, Excel formulas & systems
Familiar with Finance, Accounting & Tax regulations
Experienced operating SAP system, inventory, stock opname and assisting auditors
Possessed Brevet certificates
Proficient in English is mandatory
Honest, good analytical skills, thorough, able to work individually and in a team
