Responsibilities:
Develop strategies to increase traffic, online sales number, and customer engagement on all e-commerce and social media platforms.
Expedite activation of brand social media and customer acquisition and expansion of brand awareness in Indonesia through digital marketing
Collaborate with external parties to increase e-commerce sales and expand customer acquisition and brand awareness through digital promotions.
Accumulate internal expertise and insights in e-commerce and digital marketing through all activities and implemented strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and present all findings to related stakeholders.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Have 5-10 years of experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing field.
Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form.
Proven track record in generating sales through online channels.
Have the knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions
