Responsibilities
- Under Supervisor control, this person will work on research and consulting task such as (not limited to):
- Research the market trend, business environment, competitors company
- profile and activity, Indonesian Law and regulation. e.g. market size, major player, consumer trend, license issue, company registration and legal procedure
- Investigate client company’s strength and weakness.
- Analyze above information and consider: Business Strategy (including M&A
- Scheme), HR Strategy and System, Governance System, Risk management
- system, Restructuring Strategy, etc.
- Public sector project support for line Ministry of Japan, JICA, JETRO, etc.
- Draft the presentation material or report.
- If the project size is small, requested to be handled by own
- Collaboration with business partner such as Law Firm, Accounting Firm, HR agent, other research firms, etc. is required.
- Field research and business trip is occasionally required.
Requirements
- Minimum experience around 5 – 8 years
- Good skill in using Windows and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel,
- PowerPoint, and Outlook) for daily communications, and accomplishing
- assigned tasks.
- Leadership / Competence for Senior Consultant and Consultant
- Show the leadership and have logical thinking to proceed and to drive problem solving for assigned task.
- Positive, proactive, and commit to the schedule for assigned task.
- Have excellent communication skill and good team work.
- Neat, quick-witted and meticulous
- Able to work under pressure
- University degree from any University (national and overseas) Degree in Business management, finance and accounting, Law or Economics will be plus but not mandatory.
- GPA above 3.5 or reputable University graduate will be plus but not mandatory
- Over 3 years solid work experience in other Research/Consulting firm or in the similar responsibilities will be advantage.
- Either of the following domains (but not limited) will be a plus:
- Merger and Acquisition
- Accounting / Finance / Tax
- Indonesian Economy, Law / Government policy and regulation
- HR Consultant
- Corporate Planning
- Language skills
- English: Proficiency in English is mandatory. Capable of routine communications and writing formal report in English
- Japanese: Business level in Japanese is not required but will be advantage.
