Coating Manager (Woodworking Manufacturing)

Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of experience in the woodworking industry.

2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role and level.

3. Skilled in operating finishing machines, spray painting, UV processes, and woodworking/furniture.

4. Knowledgeable about various types of paints (PU, water-based, and UV).

5. Familiar with basic manual spray techniques.

6. Capable of effectively managing team tasks.
