Job Description:
Develop product formulations based on customer briefs and safety standards.
Deliver on-time, reliable NPD formulations.
Partner with packaging and manufacturing for a smooth design-to-production process.
Prepare mixing procedures for pilot and production scales.
Create product stories/marketing sheets for customers.
Provide technical and formulation support to the Commercial team.
Work on Global Innovation Projects, ensuring formulations meet global standards.
Update Working Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures as needed.
Provide evidence to close CAPA on time.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Chemistry.
At least 2 years’ experience in skincare or color cosmetic formulation.
Understanding of Indonesia Halal criteria.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
Extensive knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and their usage in skincare formulations.
Proven experience in developing skincare and color cosmetics from scratch.
Strong knowledge of Raw Material Chemistry.
Investigative approach to new and unfamiliar areas.
IT skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, and Product Vision.
