Job Description
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to promote travel services and showcase the beauty of Bali.

 
1. Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies that align with the company’s goals.

2. Create engaging and compelling content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, tailored for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) in both EN and ID.

3. Schedule and publish posts across all social media channels using social media management tools.

4. Monitor and manage potential social media crises, responding promptly and appropriately to any negative feedback or issues that arise.

5. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions.

6. Propose and implement innovative strategies to enhance the company’s social media presence and engagement.

7. Supporting the Head of Marketing with ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years proven experience in managing social media platforms and executing successful social media campaigns.
3. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
4. Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
5. Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
6. Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
