-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share in the APAC region
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealerships, and distributors to drive sales and customer satisfaction
-Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations to ensure alignment on sales strategies
-Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the automotive market
-Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports to track performance
-Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching, guidance, and training to ensure they meet sales targets
-Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial terms
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the automotive sector to ensure sales strategies remain relevant and effective
