Our client, a Japanese automotive parts manufacturer, is looking for Quality Assurance Supervisor to join their team.
Please find the details as follows:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily quality control processes to ensure products meet automotive industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001, and other relevant quality standards.
- Handle customer claim
- Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to enhance product quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance in the manufacturing industry, preferably in plastic for automotive.
- Certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001 auditor, or similar are advantageous.
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and software.
- Able to speak moderate English
