Our client, a Japanese manufacturing company, is looking for a Production Assistant Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet company targets and deadlines.
- Ensure that products meet quality standards and implement improvements as needed.
- Supervise and support production staff, providing training and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a Japanese company.
- Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and quality control standards.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Able to speak in English
