Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Pharmacy, from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in a Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, or FMCG company.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accurate software.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and the implementation of Quality Management Systems (ISO), GMP, HSE, and related management systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels.
- Warehouse Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance activities.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all logistics activities comply with regulatory and procedural requirements, including ISO, GMP, and HSE standards.
- Space Optimization: Set up and maintain an efficient warehouse layout for optimal space utilization.
- Inventory Control: Supervise warehouse temperature records and ensure timely preparation of raw materials for production.
- Logistics Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on logistics performance and quality targets to upper management.
