Experience as a Sales professional in freight forwarding or logistics.
Proficient in English.
Responsibilites:
- Approach new client and looking for prospective projects
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the forwarding and export-import sector.
- Network with external parties to acquire new clients and projects.
- Comprehend client needs and customize solutions to meet their specific requirements
- Prepare business proposal and negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
