Job Description:
- Responsible for all operational activities of the Legal Department, including Agreements & Licensing, General Meetings of Shareholders/Extraordinary General Meetings of Shareholders, Legal Document Management, and Company Asset Protection.
- Manage & develop team members.
- Prepare annual work plans.
- Resolve litigation/dispute cases.
- Design & monitor preventive measures: anti-fraud.
- Understand the implementation of regulations related to the company's business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in law, minimum GPA of 3.00.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Legal Manager.
- Proficient in agreements, licensing, company formation/closure, Mergers & Acquisitions.
- Proficiency in Litigation & PERADI certification will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in English (spoken & written).
- Possess leadership and good communication skills.
- Willing to be placed in Bandung.
