Our client is a maritime transportation company, in search for IT lead to help their internal digital transformation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree in digital Transformation, Information Systems, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT or digital roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Proven experience in managing digital transformation projects, including business process restructuring and application development.
- Experience in the maritime or logistics industry is a significant advantage.
- Experience in user requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience with digital tools and technologies, such as ERP systems, CRM systems, cloud computing, data analytics, and IoT.
Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Ability to work with data analytics tools and platforms.
- Understand a couple of programming languages, both for web-based application or mobile apps.
