Job Responsibilities:
In charge of ensuring all analysis activities and reporting of analysis results run smoothly.
Coordination with other department for any job requirement
To ensure the accuracy of the analysis by proper supervision of analytical activities(i.e. sampling, testing, reporting etc.) & by performing frequent quality checks for different parameters using various tools & techniques.
To analyze the problem related to analytical part & eliminate it.
Ensure that frequency & analysis of samples received from process are as per agreed plan.
To ensure the reliability of the analysis by proper checking of reagents & verifying the method of analysis.
Prepare & deliver reports along with specific observations if any, of the analysis carried out for further action.
To co-ordinate & control experimentation & study the results.
Submit final report to authority with derived conclusion & suggested action.
To ensure operations are carried out as per the standard operating procedure.
Monitoring of trends of all critical parameters
Ensure preparation of analysis report in time for process control
To ensure systematic record generation from data by Laboratory staff & proper storage for easy retrieval.
Ensure that checklist is maintained to avoid overlooking
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Strong background in chemical manufacturing processes.
- Proven experience in laboratory management, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Proficient in analytical techniques and instrumentation used in chemical labs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
