About the Role: The Corporate Finance Manager will lead our client's expansion in Indonesia, overseeing entity incorporation, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategic relationships. This role involves working closely with regional teams and eventually building a local team.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee the incorporation process in Indonesia, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Act as the company’s local representative.
Identify business opportunities, originate projects, and build partnerships.
Coordinate with teams in Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
Recruit and manage a local team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, preferably in the property or construction industry.
Proven experience in mergers & acquisitions, debt & equity, and project finance.
Strong understanding of Indonesian regulations and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a regional team.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
