Our client, who is a Japanese Bootcamp Start-ups Business focusing on Health and Wellness is seeking for the brightest individual to become an exceptional Business Development Manager in their ever-growing team. In this role you will be in charge of developing and maintaining relationship with their valuable customers in their office in Fatmawati, South Jakarta.
Job Description:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their health and wellness needs.
- Proactively engage with prospective and existing customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and expertise to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, overcoming objections, and closing deals in alignment with sales targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and promotions aimed at acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Has knowledge/understand the business process and B2C Business Development.
- Minimum 2 year of experience as B2C Business Development in Learning & Education Business or Bootcamp Business.
- Proficient in English is mandatory.
