Our client, a Japanese IT company in Jakarta, is looking for Accounting Senior Staff to join their team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily accounting activities, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
- Identify and resolve financial issues and discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit financial statements, reports, and budgets on time to management and the head office.
- Conduct internal control reviews and analyses, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making.
- Manage tax compliance, including corporate income tax and VAT.
- Liaise with auditors and tax consultants.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Basic knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
